1. Agreement

By creating a Klar account or using the Klar app and website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Klar.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and trials

Klar offers a 14-day free trial followed by a paid subscription if you choose to continue. Prices are listed in Australian dollars on our pricing page and include GST. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid billing period.

4. Your data

You own your financial data. We store and process it so the app can work for you. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Klar. This includes attempting unauthorised access, interfering with the service, or using Klar to break the law.

6. Disclaimers

Klar provides software to help you manage your money. Klar does not provide personal financial advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make using the information shown.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to refunding fees paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will notify you in Klar or by email.
